Complaints Notices

Based on article 6. section 3. of the “Act on Providing Services in Tourism” („Narodne novine“, no. 130/17, 25/19, 98/19, 42/20 i 70/21) the customer has the right to file a written complaint at the business office of the Cetina Tours or 

by the mail to the address: Borisa, Papandopula 19, Split or

via e-mail: cetinatours@gmail.com.

We will respond to the written complaint within 15 days of receiving the complaint on your contact address.

Temeljem odredbe čl. 6. st. 3. Zakona o pružanju usluga u turizmu („Narodne novine“, br. 130/17, 25/19, 98/19, 42/20 i 70/21) omogućuje se korisniku usluge podnošenje pisanog prigovora u poslovnim prostorijama te 

putem pošte na adresu: Borisa  Papandopula 19, Split ili 

putem e-mail-a: cetinatours@gmail.com.

Na pisani prigovor odgovorit ćemo u pisanom obliku u roku od 15 dana od zaprimljenog prigovora.
